Yahaya Bello says Buhari loves Nigerian youths
Yahaya Bello, the Kogi State Governor, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari has massive love and support for Nigerian youths.
The Governor who spoke during an interview on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily said the Buhari- led administration has given Nigerian youths opportunities to participate in governance.
He said President Buhari gave his assent to the not-too-young-to-run bill on May 31, 2018, as part of efforts to include youths in Nigerian politics.
According to him, ”We all know that Mr. President loves Nigerian youths a lot; our leaders have misled us before today.
“Mr. President has decided to ensure that youths come on board, by signing the not-too-young-to-run bill, and even ensuring that the younger generation are given positions of authority.
“You can also see that the EFCC boss right now is young and active. It is time that we allow the younger generation to take charge and fix this country.
“We need to come together as one and fix this country because I believe we will be able to get this country fixed,” he said.
