Vanuatu Republic appoints Nigerian as Trade, Investment Commissioner

Olufemi Badejo, who is a Nigerian has been appointed the Trade and Investment Commissioner of the Republic of Vanuatu.

At the moment he is the only Nigerian to be appointed into such position by the Southwestern Pacific Ocean country.

Olufemi, who is the Managing Partner of Cersèi Partner, will represent the country in Nigeria.

Prior to his latest appointment, he was serving as the Trade and Investment Commissioner of Vanuatu to the Republic of South Africa.

This makes him the only Nigerian and African serving the Republic of Vanuatu as its Trade Commissioner to Africa’s biggest economies i.e. Nigeria and South Africa.

In this position, he will facilitate bilateral relationships between Nigeria and the Republic of Vanuatu as well as facilitate trade and investment discussions between both countries.
