Total COVID-19 recoveries in Nigeria hit 154,177, confirms 44 new cases
44 fresh cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC in four States and the FCT, Abuja.
NCDC has also discharged 70 COVID-19 patients, bringing the total number of recoveries so far to 154,177.
The agency made this known on Monday night via a tweet in its verified Twitter page.
The development brings the total number of recorded cases across the country to 163,837.
One death was also recorded in the last 24 hours.
The tweet reads: “44 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria;
“Our discharges today includes 40 community recoveries in Enugu State and 4 community recoveries in FCT managed in line with guidelines”.
