Sergio Ramos, the Real Madrid captain has been confirmed positive for COVID-19 ahead of their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Liverpool.

Madrid will have to make do without Ramos once again at Anfield, as they seek to book their place in the last four.
“Real Madrid CF announces that our player Sergio Ramos has given a positive result in the last COVID-19 test that has been carried out,” the club said in a statement.
The game will be played on Wednesday night and kicks off 8 pm WAT.
