“But it is not always easy, some have stayed so many years and have not even had the opportunity.

“So, as a matter of fact, the new Vice Chancellor, I mean Professor Peter Akah, coming from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. When he came, he said that it is not proper that in a department, some will serve for so many years while some have not even served for once.

” So, he insisted that, whosoever is a senior lecturer up to a professor that have not served as a head of department should be given the opportunity, so that is how I saw myself here.

“You know, there is this saying that ‘the cow that has no tail, God chases away fly from it’.

“It is God that chases away fly from a tailless cow, so to him be all the Glory”.
