Pharmaceutical companies meet with Osinbajo regarding COVID-19 vaccine
Yemi Osinbajo, the Nigeria’s Vice President on Thursday had a meeting with pharmaceutical companies regarding a COVID-19 vaccine.
Osinbajo stated during a virtual meeting with representatives of Pfizer & Biotech, that what was critical in the vaccine development is the health & safety of Nigerian citizens.
Pfizer & Biotech are promoters of COVID-19 vaccine pushing for how Nigeria will be prioritized in Africa once a good vaccine is ready.

For now the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19 has announced the extension of the ease of lockdown by another four weeks.
This disclosure was made by the taskforce during its daily briefing in Abuja, on Thursday.
