Nigeria citizens stranded in Saudi Arabia return

Another batch of stranded Nigeria citizens in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday returned to the country.

Mrs Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), confirmed this on her official Twitter page.

The returnees on arrival at the Nnamdi Azikiwe airport will proceed on quarantine at the Federal Capital Territory Hajj camp.

The tweet read: “Another 418 stranded Nigerians in Saudi Arabia arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Int’l Airport, Abuja via Saudi Air at about 1220hrs today Wednesday, 31st, March 2021.

“The returnees shall proceed on quarantine at the Federal Capital Territory Hajj camp.

“In line with the COVID-19 protocols by the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19
Other returnees.”
