360 new cases of COVID-19 has been confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, in 18 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The new record brings the total number of confirmed cases since its outbreak in the country to 156,017.
NCDC made the announcement on Monday night while giving a report via its official website.
The health agency also confirmed the death of seven patients due to complications from the dreaded virus. The total number of fatalities so far stands at 1,915.
The report reads: “360 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria;
“Our discharges today includes 81 community recoveries in Lagos State and 70 in the FCT managed in line with guidelines”.
