Mourinho reveals why returning to football next season might be “premature”

Former Tottenham Hotspur manager, Jose Mourinho has insisted he will not rush back into management, claiming that a return to the dugout next season may be “premature”.

He was sacked last month by Tottenham Hotspur.

The 58-year-old, who has previously coached Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester United, is, however, not short of offers.

But the Portuguese will remain patient for the right offer while he goes on holidays.

“I have no plans. I am going on with my normal life. I feel fresh. I feel calm. I am on holiday.

“I have more time to be doing my homework and analysis. I’ll wait to be back in football.

“Not just for the right club, but for the right culture. Maybe next season is premature, we will see,” Mourinho told Times Magazine.
