Man Utd dressing room crises: Players take side with Ronaldo
A UK Mirror reports have indicated that Manchester United’s dressing room has been split into two camps.
Before the New Year, there were rumours of tension between players and interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, whose methods are being questioned.
Rangnick, who only came in at the end of November, has already admitted there are some “unhappy” players in his squad.
In a new concerning development, it has been claimed the dressing room is split between Portuguese speakers and non-Portuguese speakers.
According to talkSPORT journalist, Alex Crook, players like Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot, Fred and Alex Telles are at loggerheads with those who do not communicate in their native tongue.
“I think there are a couple of issues,” Crook told Darren Bent’s Boot Room.
“Clearly, there are problems in the dressing room and we’ve seen on the back pages today that Cristiano Ronaldo’s agent is flying over because his client isn’t absolutely convinced that he made the right move in terms of adding trophies to his glittering CV.
“I’ve been told there is a definite split with the Portuguese speakers and the non-Portuguese speakers.”
