Man in US kidnaps ex-lover after refusing to go on Valentine’s Day date with him

A man in United States’s Phoenix in Arizona has been nabbed after he allegedly kidnapped his ex-girlfriend, who is also the mother of his two children, after the lady refused to embark on a surprise Valentine’s Day date with him.

At the peak of the Valentine’s Day celebrations, the man identified as 20-year-old Isaiah Cuspard assaulted his ex-girlfriend. He was then arrested for assaulting her but was later released.

Not done yet, the next day, he went to visit her house to convince her to take her out on a date.

But for refusing to join him on a date, he hit her and forcefully took her in his car and drove away with at least 100 mph, the victim’s mother said, according to the Daily Mail report.

As a result of what happened, the neighbours called police and by the time the cops came to apprehend, he had crashed ahead.

He was immediately arrested and he is being held in county jail on a $6,000
