Airline that flew Naira Marley to Abuja gets reprieve as federal government lifts ban

Executive Jet Services, the private airline which flew controversial musician, Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley, to Abuja to attend a concert in June, has finally gotten the ban on it lifted by the Federal Government.

It could be recalled that as a result of the strict guidelines in relation to COVID-19, the Federal Government suspended the  airline for conveying the musician to Abuja for a concert on the ground that the airline had acted in contravention of the restriction on interstate movement and closure of airports in existence at the time.

However, on Monday during a presidential Task Force briefing, the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, announced the lifting of the ban.
